1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and jai9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the jai9 website located at https://jai9.io and any associated mobile applications, products, or services offered under the jai9 brand.

By accessing the jai9 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the site, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

jai9 operates as an international online betting and gaming brand. The platform offers sports betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, and other gambling products. All services are provided on an "as is" basis, subject to availability, and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at jai9's sole discretion at any time.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to use the jai9 platform, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the service:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jai9 does not permit access by anyone below this minimum age under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts, bots, and automated entities are not permitted to register.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of jai9 is lawful in your country or region of residence.
• You must not be listed on any financial crime watchlist, politically exposed persons (PEP) register, or international sanctions list.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of jai9, or a member of the immediate family of such a person, unless jai9 has provided prior written consent.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

jai9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawal until verification is complete.

If jai9 discovers at any point that a user does not meet the eligibility requirements, or has misrepresented their eligibility during registration, jai9 reserves the right to immediately close the account, void all pending bets, and retain any balance in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations. Any winnings accrued while ineligible will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

Each individual user is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on jai9 at any given time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, and a valid mobile number. You agree to keep this information up to date and to notify jai9 promptly if any details change.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jai9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify jai9 support immediately at [email protected].

3.3 KYC Verification

As part of our commitment to security and responsible gaming, jai9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit copies of a government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID card or passport), a proof of address document, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. jai9 may withhold withdrawal requests until KYC documentation is reviewed and approved.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

jai9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are subject to the following conditions:

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay: ৳500.
• Minimum deposit via Visa and Mastercard: ৳1,000.
• Deposits are credited to your jai9 account balance instantly in most cases. Processing times may vary during peak periods or due to payment provider maintenance windows.
• jai9 does not charge any transaction fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with your provider before depositing.
• You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 for mobile banking methods; ৳1,000 for card methods.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Card withdrawals may take 1–5 business days depending on your issuing bank.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in order to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations.
• jai9 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Refer to Section 5 for full bonus withdrawal conditions.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

jai9 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls. Any account suspected of being used for money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime will be suspended immediately and reported to the relevant authorities. jai9 reserves the right to freeze account balances pending investigation. Any funds determined to be the proceeds of illegal activity will be forfeited.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jai9 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Eid. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion may be transferred to the withdrawable cash balance.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms. Qualifying games, minimum odds, and time limits vary per promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per user, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• jai9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, collusion between players, or exploiting technical errors to generate bonus credit — will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• jai9 reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or irregular betting patterns.

Full terms for each individual promotion are displayed on the relevant promotion page within the jai9 platform. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall take precedence for that promotion only.

6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the jai9 platform. Sport-specific rules are published within each betting market and take precedence where they differ from these general rules.

6.1 Bet Placement

A bet is only considered accepted once it has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been assigned by the jai9 system. Bets placed verbally, via live chat, or via email are not valid. It is the user's sole responsibility to verify that their bet has been accepted correctly before the relevant event begins.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within each individual market. jai9 reserves the right to impose individual account stake limits at its discretion, without prior notice, based on a user's betting history, risk profile, or market conditions.

6.3 Voided Bets

jai9 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions affecting odds calculation, event cancellation or abandonment (subject to sport-specific rules), or evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or irregular activity in the relevant market.

6.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability. jai9 uses automated and manual risk controls during live events. Any bet placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined — whether due to communication delay, technical error, or other factor — will be voided and the stake returned.

7. Casino & Game Rules

All casino games available on jai9 — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and arcade titles — are provided by third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Each game is subject to its own set of rules displayed within the game interface.

7.1 Random Number Generation

All non-live casino games use a certified random number generator (RNG). The RNG has been independently tested and certified to ensure that all outcomes are statistically random and not manipulated in favour of the platform or any player. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are based on long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.

7.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game session, jai9 will use all reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a verified malfunction, the stake for that round will be refunded. jai9 will not be liable for any loss of anticipated winnings resulting from a game malfunction.

7.3 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from studios operated by certified live gaming providers. Bets placed after the dealer has announced "No More Bets" will not be accepted. Any dispute regarding a live game outcome must be raised with jai9 support within 24 hours of the relevant game session ending.

8. Responsible Gaming

jai9 is committed to promoting safe, responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help users maintain control of their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from within their account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once reached, further wagers will be declined until the limit resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure time-based alerts to notify them when they have been playing for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may voluntarily exclude themselves from the platform for periods ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion is activated immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Check: A periodic on-screen prompt displaying session duration and net result, helping users make informed decisions about their continued play.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jai9 platform. Any user found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all pending withdrawals frozen, and any balances forfeited where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform to launder money or process the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Attempting to manipulate game or betting outcomes through collusion, use of software bots, arbitrage strategies designed to guarantee profit at jai9's expense, or any other form of cheating.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your true geographic location in order to circumvent access restrictions.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening jai9 staff, customer support agents, or other users.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law, while representing that you are located in a permitted jurisdiction.
• Any activity that jai9 determines, at its sole discretion, to be detrimental to the integrity, reputation, or operation of the platform.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the jai9 platform — including but not limited to the jai9 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game assets, data feeds, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of jai9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jai9 platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without jai9's prior written consent.

Third-party game content (including game graphics, audio, and logic) is the intellectual property of the respective software provider and is licensed to jai9 for use on the platform. Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution of third-party game content is a violation of both these Terms and the rights of the relevant software provider.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jai9 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
• Any gambling losses incurred through use of the platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any feature thereof.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain credential security.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or delays in data feeds provided by third-party sports data suppliers.

jai9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jai9 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

12. Privacy & Data

jai9 collects, stores, and processes personal data in connection with your use of the platform. This includes registration data, KYC documentation, transaction history, betting history, device information, and communication records. The collection and use of this data is governed by the jai9 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering a jai9 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at [email protected], subject to any legal obligations that require jai9 to retain certain records.

jai9 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, game software suppliers, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required by applicable law or in connection with the prevention of fraud and financial crime.

13. Amendments to These Terms

jai9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jai9 will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless the changes are required by law or relate to the introduction of a new product or feature in which case they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the jai9 platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this document will be updated each time a material revision is made.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to the jurisdiction under which jai9 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body designated by jai9's licensing authority.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact jai9 customer support in the first instance and allow a minimum of 30 calendar days for the matter to be investigated and resolved informally. jai9 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 28 calendar days.

Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the continuation of any conduct that threatens immediate harm.
